Gwyneth began her career in sports medicine. She holds Masters degrees in both sports medicine and exercise science and has worked in a variety of settings. As an athletic trainer, she worked in highschool, college, international, and professional athletics. She has spent the last 20 years practicing massage therapy. Gwyneth primarily works with athletes and physically active individuals focusing on injury care and sports performance.

When she is not working, Gwyneth enjoys being outside. Her BFF is her camera, and they spend as much time as they can camping and hiking in the national parks.
